Some things you might like to know…

Why Move to Hilton Head Island?

Hilton Head Island offers a unique blend of natural beauty, luxurious living, and a warm, welcoming community. With its mild subtropical climate, you can enjoy outdoor activities year-round. The island is renowned for its pristine beaches, world-class golf courses, and lush, scenic landscapes.

Lifestyle and Amenities

Beautiful Beaches

Hilton Head's expansive white sandy beaches are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, and water sports. Locals enjoy quieter spots like Fish Haul Beach Park for a more relaxed experience.

Outdoor Activities

Hilton Head Island is so much more than beaches and golf (although we do pretty well on both fronts). Outdoor sports, fishing, boating, parasailing, kayaking, SUP paddleboarding, theater and the arts... for a 12x5 island, there is so much to see and do. We even have a zipline and aerial obstacle course! Golf enthusiasts will love the numerous world-class courses for all levels of play, including the famous Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage PGA Tour event.

Dining and Shopping

The island boasts a variety of dining options, from fresh casual seafood to fine dining, and great shopping experiences at places like Shelter Cove Towne Centre, Coligny, and the Sea Pines Shops.

Community and Events

Enjoy local events like the Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival, the RBC Heritage golf tournament, and the Shelter Cove HarbourFest.

One of our favorite things about Hilton Head beaches is the fact that you can bring your pup along for the ride. So few resort towns allow our furbabies to come along, but on Hilton Head Island, the four-legged family members are more than welcome! Be sure to note the seasonal guidelines for the few limitations that do exist.

Convenient and Accessible

Hilton Head Island has its own airport (HHH), making travel convenient. There are a number of direct flights to and from HHH. It's also close to Savannah, GA (SAV), for additional amenities and travel options.

Close-Knit Community

Despite being a popular tourist destination, Hilton Head retains a small-town feel where neighbors know each other and community ties are strong.

Thinking about making the Lowcountry your new home? We would be honored to be a resource as you learn about our beautiful area.

Cheers!
