After more than a decade at Charter One Realty, and after much thought and deliberation, we've moved our team, Elevé Properties (formerly, for those of you who have been here awhile, The Hilton Head Life) to COAST brokered by eXp Realty. This change brings many new and wonderful opportunities not only to our team, but most importantly, to all we’re able to offer our beloved clients — past, present, and future.
During our time with Charter One (and Daniella’s brief tenure at Engel & Völkers prior to her return), we developed countless strong relationships with clients and the Lowcountry community. For these, we are so very grateful, and will forever value and nurture each. For this next chapter in our story, we elected to align with a fresh, innovative new team — COAST Professionals — for a multitude of reasons.
Founded by longtime Island residents and highly respected real estate professionals Tristan O'Grady and Rick Saba, the COAST model allows us to be more agile for our clients while giving us the international power and resources of eXp Realty, the fastest-growing real estate company in the world.
You have probably heard us describe our own model as a small, specialized crew, akin to a fighter jet to our prior company’s aircraft carrier. You can think of this new partnership as cutting the cord that requires us to land on said carrier — now, we can land wherever we want, and operate at our most efficient, innovative, and nimble capacity. And while we made the admittedly very difficult decision to let the Elevé brand go to the backburner for the time being, it ultimately comes with the trade off of doing more, faster, better. Combine these key attributes with our unwavering dedication to our client's success and the success of this community, and you have a powerful, winning team.
At your service, our COAST offices are located on Hilton Head Island near Coligny Beach as well as in the heart of Old Town Bluffton, with more to come.
And in case you missed it: Last year, we expanded our reach to include Savannah, the surrounding Sea Islands, and Pooler, knowing our market is growing and more and more Lowcountry residents are relocating within these boundaries for a change of lifestyle.
