Daniella is a creative at her core. Bringing her extensive experience in service, negotiation, marketing, design, speaking, writing, and networking to bear for the group’s clients every day is the only way she knows to do business.
Beginning her real estate career with Gateway Realty more than a decade ago, Daniella quickly cemented herself as a fixture in the Lowcountry’s luxury real estate space. After partnering with Ric in 2018, the two grew The Hilton Head Life brand group before launching Elevé Properties in 2021, finally bringing their passion and expertise to the COAST Professionals team in 2024.
A writer, speaker, and peerless connector, Daniella has spent years developing deep professional connections around the region, around the country, and around the world.

Ric Hollifield
Co-Founder
Ric has been involved in residential real estate his entire career, with leadership roles in Mortgage Banking, Residential Construction and Renovation, Design, Timber Framing, and Development. He knows how best to navigate the many complexities of a real estate transaction, and leverages his years-long relationships throughout the industry to ensure success and a seamless process again and again.
His commitment is clear: "Our role is to listen, plan, guide, and be the best stewards of every real estate goal set forth by our clients. Nothing less is acceptable."

Bonna Keckley
Executive Assistant
The glue that keeps the operation together, Bonna handles all things operations and client care for the Elevé team. She brings an extensive background in real estate investing, which she and her husband have been doing for their own family for many years.
